Welcome to Sapiens Go, a service provided by Sapiens Go Inc. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Sapiens Go platform, including our website, web app, tools, features, and integrations that allow you to connect mobile phones with your CRM to send SMS communications (“Service”).

“Service” refers to all products, software, and platforms offered by Sapiens Go Inc.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

Only send messages to individuals who have clearly opted in to receive communications from you.
Never use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Avoid sending spam, repetitive, or unwanted content.
Comply with all local, national, and international laws (e.g. TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Not promote illegal activities, substances, or send content to minors under the age of consent in their jurisdiction.
